This is a really beautiful and heartfelt collection of poems that encompasses the whole journey of life

from birth to death and everything in between. What’s great about this collection is the author’s notes afterwards on her own message about the poem and her prompts for the reader to reflect themselves on what the poem means to them and the space to journal about them. A great purchase for anyone who loves poetry, meditation and journaling and would also make a lovely and meaningful gift.

‘Meditation through Poetry’ is the brainchild of Nikita Thakrar, a passionate educator & mentor. She is also an award-winning entrepreneur of DNC Dance & Yoga Studio, and Journey with Nikita.

From writing poems as a child, to developing a form of self-expression and therapy as an adult, Nikita shares her creativity to inspire and uplift others. Each poem in this book is designed to take the reader on an inner journey, to experience moments of peace and self-reflection.
