Nestled in the peaceful forests of Berkshire, this retreat combines the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) with gentle movement, breathwork, and energy healing to help you release the noise of daily life and reconnect with your authentic self.

Through guided nature connection, chakra balancing, and reflective workshops, you will move from a state of “karma to dharma,” gaining the clarity needed to navigate life’s transitions. Meet Your Facilitator

Nikita Thakrar

Namaste, I’m Nikita Thakrar, an award-winning spiritual entrepreneur, and I founded Journey with Nikita during the pandemic, inspired by a vision for a purpose-driven society. After two decades of soul-searching, I combine my expertise in Indian classical dance, yoga, reiki healing, and Neuro Linguistic Programming to guide others toward living with passion and purpose.

My own life experiences allow me to create a warm, grounded, and safe space for transformation. I support women navigating change, seeking clarity, and ready to embrace their authentic selves.

As the author of Meditation through Poetry, I blend spirituality with practical tools for healing, well-being, and personal growth — helping you reconnect with who you truly are and move forward with intention.
